Job Title: Marketing Manager (MEA Region) , Reporting to CMO (Regional)
Developed and implemented strategic marketing and digital media plans. Spearheaded digital media marketing campaigns to improve consumer awareness and purchase consideration. Two of the projects were selected as best global digital media marketing projects and presented them in a global conference in Seoul, South Korea.
Headed all major digital media initiatives including website, social media marketing (Facebook & Twitter), display advertising, search & mobile marketing. Managed all aspects of LG Electronics social media accounts, including systems set-up, liaise and coordinated with internal business units to support their business.
Worked closely with the advertising and media agencies to amplify the impact of advertising on owned, earned and paid media channels. Alongside the Media Network, generated audience insights to grow with new consumers, and reinforced engagement with existing.
Lead the management of the marketing budget and forecast process, as well as reporting of marketing campaign effectiveness. Handled yearly marketing audit for 5 years.
Achievements:
Improved and achieved LG brand awareness and share of voice KPI’s against the competition by 20%.
