Job Title: Brand and Promotion Executive (2003 ~ 2004), Reports to Head Of Marketing and Communication

Hands-on experience with downstream retail marketing. Launched marketing and promotional projects for forecourt & convenience stores and helped to expand retail network from 15 to 55 units.

Initiated mystery customer research across the country as per the global HQ’s guidelines, and results were shared with HQ and included in their dashboard to benchmark activities at forecourt and convenience stores.

Understanding about OIL & GAS HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT (HSE) and its implication on the business. Designed & executed nationwide HSE awareness campaign. It was a CSR activity and the main emphasis was to raise awareness about HSE issues and its implication, and showcase TOTAL efforts in the industry.

Launched TOTAL new brand identity with global HQ’s guidelines. Handled marketing, advertising, promotions and customer experience activities at the retail outlets. Handled corporate advertisement tax issues for the company and coordinated with various government entities.

Established eCRM automated system which helped organization to handle customer complaints efficiently and improved response time.

Accomplishments:

Developed marketing and corporate communications guidebook and executed across the retail network and increased brand awareness, brand recall and purchase consideration by multiple times.
