He studied at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and completed executive training at Harvard and Stanford. By integrating technology into his work, he creates innovative and impactful solutions.

In 2022, Kash received the Queen Elizabeth Platinum Jubilee Award for his contributions. He is committed to making a positive difference through everything he does.

Kash is the founder of Canada for Immigration (The Black Bear Immigration Consulting). The firm provides expert guidance on Canadian immigration pathways such as Economic, Family, and Business Class visas.

He also leads Canadian Active Voice, a policy and advocacy platform. It amplifies community voices and promotes meaningful change across Canada.
